National Unity and Security Council is a Socio-political body. It shall ever remain as a non-
communal, non-sectarian, non-religious and non-commercial organization.
Disunity, internal discord and dissensions have been the bane of Indian Polity since times
immemorial and paved the way to the country’s salavery for thotsands of years. Apart from
the threat of invasions from some neighbours who are amassing diabolical weaponry for
bringing about massive destruction, a serious meance to the country’s freedom appeared in
the form of internal anarchy, disintegration and disaster which were fostered by communal
discord.

DISRUPT & ENSLAVE

Today as never before, we realise that our National Unity is extremely fragile and tends to
to show signs of breaking up under stress or instigation, or extraneous pressure engineered
by outside enemies through under-handed manipulations. We also realise that the issue of
National Unity is closely inter-twined with the issue of National Security. There is no denying
the fact that our very survival as a nation solely depends on National Security. Both are
synonyms, meaning the same thing. One simply cannot exist without the other. It is
therefore crystal-clear that National Unity is a pre requisite for our freedom and the nation’s
survival.
National Unity is a cardinal factor at this juncture. India’s enemies seem to be past masters
in the technique of creating rift and disunity. Their aim is to harm the nation by provoking
internal dissensions and abetting impressionable communities on sensitive religious issues
and thus bring about national disintegration from within.

MODUS OPERANDI

Instead of restoring to invasions which are likely to arouse international hue and cry, the
enemies of India have evolved the methodology to create division inside the country. Their
modous operandi has become very clear. At first they exploit some religious or communal
issue and inject the virus of disunity to create ill-will among communities. They instigate one
against the other in every possible way to stroke the fire of hatred, and then strike very hard
as soon as the situation seems to be vulnerable.
No wonder, they are out to vitiate India’s peace and harm the country by provoking
communal friction through their agencies. In short they want to create anarchy in india by
exploiting every possible situation, whether religious, social or communal. Abetment and
national disintegration constitute the plinth of their policy.

MORAL LEADERSHIP

The grave threats to India’s Unity and Solidarity cannot be met by mere programmes of
National Integration or action at the governmental level, through information agencies,
official propaganda, Public relation activities and publicity campaigns.
There has to be a spontaneous socio-cultural resurgence on the part of the people
themselves. Disunity cannot be curbed by appeals alone and Unity cannot be created by
preaching sermons or indulging in platitudes. A new spirit of oneness and National Ethos has
to be inculcated into the Nation’s soul. This is imperative.

AWAKENING IS ESSENTIAL

The task is really colossal. It can be accomplished through mass social awakening; starting
with intelligentsia and galvanising them with national fervour, and by mobilising the masses
throughout the country. Social and moral resurgence has to essentially take place by giving
a jolt to India’s Psyche. This can be achieved by a voluntary body of the people themselves who come forward to
carry out the work as a mission and go ahead with a crusading spirit. At last the time has
come for strong internal vigilance to stop the enemies from impinging upon India’s
sovereignty and breaking the nation from within by inciting internal disunity.

Kumar. The Council comprises a brain-trust from among the elite of intellectuals and
thinkers, and has performed a very dynamic and constructive role for Peace and country’s
integration over the last thirty six years. The members of the council are devoted to the
patriotic mission of re-vitalizing the country’s economy by proposing direly-needed reforms
to the Government over the years. The Council has made meritorious achievements in
regard to the unification of various Indian communities and consolidation of India as a
Secular Democratic Republic and the Architect of World Peace.
Over the years National Unity & Security Council (NUSC) has worked in consonance with the
aims and policies of the Central government in maintaining India’s internal peace and
security, in counteracting divisive and parochial elements and combating communal and
regional forces which tended towards the nation’s dismemberment. The Council promoted
national security and cohesion through cultural integration and by fostering unity among
diverse communal and sectarian forces. Over the years, it performed a meritorious role for
the cause of peace and national progress and covered a wide spectrum of activities for the
welfare of people.
From many years, the Council is solely devoted to the economic issues, in solving the
country’s complex fiscal problems related to deficit financing and rising prices. The Press
